Greetings everyone! This month we will be working on the Android Tutorials we were going to work on in April. We had a visit from our friends at Blue Cross discussing their efforts to find developers and did not make it into the tutorial. We will resume with our intended program this month and create an Android Project using eclipse as our platform. If you would like to code along please feel free to bring a laptop to the meeting. It would be beneficial to pre-install the latest Eclipse Java IDE and also the Android Development Kit and SDK's. In other news we will be welcoming a new sponsor this month from the Addison Group. Between Tek Systems incredible support with food and prizes and the new sponsors we should be able to consistantly offer door prizes and increase the groups capabilities. I look forward to seeing everyone this week on Wednessday at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. For room location and directions please choose the montly meeting on the left side of our home page. |
