At January's meeting it was decided that we would have all user groups meet on 2/24/10 to hold elections. This, combined with the fact I have not received confirmation we have the room for Monday leads to this email. We are not meeting this Monday, instead we will meet Wed, 2/24.
It is extremely important that you attend as we may have to disolve the group if we do not have enough members. State law dictates that there must be 3 members of the board of directors for a non-profit. With David Walker gone, and Joe Panko moving to Texas, I am the last board member left standing. While I don't mind continuing to serve I also don't object to standing down and letting others control the groups direction. The important thing is that we have some attendance and at least 3 legitimate names on the board. Please make an effort to attend February's meeting. It will be held at our normal time and place at TCC - arrive between 6:00 and 6:30.
